CALENDAR AGREEMENT/CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct.
Such conduct is unacceptable and may result in termination of your use
of the Web site:
- Restricting or inhibiting any other user from using and
enjoying the Web site and services;
- Posting or transmitting any unlawful, fraudulent,
threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise
objectionable or harmful information of any kind;
- Without responsible parties (hyperlink) prior written
approval, posting or transmitting any advertisement, promotion or
solicitation of goods or services for commercial purposes;
- Posting or transmitting any information or software that
contains a virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse, or other harmful or
disruptive component;
- Posting or transmitting materials in violation of another
party's copyright or intellectual property rights;
- Using the Web site for any commercial or unlawful purposes;
or
- Modifying, adapting, sublicensing, translating, selling,
reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any portion of the
Web site.
- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the responsible
parties (hyperlink), its sponsors, and their partners harmless from and
against any and all claims, damages, costs or other expenses that arise
directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of this
Agreement, (b) your violation of the Code of Conduct above, and/or (c)
your activities in connection with the Web site or site-related
services.
- By using the Web site you are indicating that you agree to
be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the
terms of this Agreement, please do not enter the Web site. If you are
not yet 18 years old, a parent or guardian must agree to be bound by
the terms of this Agreement on your behalf.
- eventselpaso.com is a public service to provide access to
information about events in the El Paso region. The listings or events
are not necessarily sanctioned by the city, county or other calendar
sponsors.
- User information and contact detail is public information
for calendar purposes only; your information will not be sold with a
third party.
SUBMISSIONS
- You may submit any text, images, data, or other materials
("Content") to the Web site. In so doing, you acknowledge and agree
that you grant the responsible parties (hyperlink). a royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to:
- Link to, use, reproduce, transmit, modify, adapt, publish,
display, perform, distribute, and translate such Content.
- Sublicense such Content (in whole or in part) and/or to
incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now
known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that
may exist in such material.
- Further, by submitting Content to the Web site, you
acknowledge that you have the authority to grant such rights to the
responsible parties (hyperlink), and acknowledge that the burden of
determining whether any Content posted or transmitted to the Web site
by you is protected by copyright rests solely with you. Each of the
responsible parties (hyperlink), and their subsidiaries and third party
content providers and licensors have the right to assert and enforce

post within 48 hours of submission. Friday submissions may not post
until Tuesday afternoon.
- You will receive an automated response confirming receipt
of your event, however, this does not guarantee your event will be
posted. All items are subject to review and editing for space or
content. Items may be rejected if they do not meet the Calendar
Agreement (hyperlink). You will be notified only if your item is
rejected.
- Automated response should say:
Thank you for submitting your event to elpasomastercalendar.com and
eventselpaso.com!. All events that meet the Calendar Agreement (link)
will post within 48 hours of submission. Friday submissions may not
post until Tuesday afternoon. All items are subject to review and
editing for space or content. Items may be rejected if they do not meet
the Calendar Agreement. You will be notified only if your item is
rejected.
General Calendar Disclaimer
- All events are subject to change. Please see the event
listing and contact the event host for up-to-date information.
Cancellation Policy
- Only registered users may post event cancellations. The
event will remain listed but will be noted as CANCELLED.
CONTENT MONITORING
- You acknowledge and agree that the responsible parties
(hyperlink) have the right, but not the responsibility, to monitor the
Web site and site-related services, including without limitation chat
rooms and forums, and to disclose any information to any third party in
order to operate the Web site properly, to protect itself, its sponsors
and Stanton Street Technology Group, Inc.'s customers, and to comply
with legal obligations or governmental requests, or to respond to any
circumstance that the responsible parties (hyperlink) deems to be an
emergency. The responsible parties (hyperlink). reserve the right to
refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or
in part, that are unacceptable, offensive or in violation of this
Agreement, in the sole determination of the responsible parties
(hyperlink).

services and resources ("Linked Sites"), the responsible parties
(hyperlink) neither endorse nor are affiliated with the Linked Sites
and are not responsible for any content that appears on the Linked
Sites. You are encouraged to review any privacy Calendar Agreement or
terms of service posted on the Linked Sites. The respective owners of
the Linked Sites neither endorse nor are affiliated with the
responsible parties (hyperlink) and their sponsors.
- This Calendar Agreement is subject to change without
written consent or prior notice from the responsible parties
(hyperlink).

Automated response:
- Thank you for signing up as a registered user. You may
unregistered at any time by going to eventselpaso.com (?) and clicking
Delete My Account (hyperlink) and follow the instructions. Existing
calendar events will remain on the calendar unless you cancel your
events prior to deleting your account. If you delete your account you
may still enter events as a general user.

- The Master Calendar is a universal calendar viewed by
visitors and locals. The calendar features local and regional events
such as concerts, bazaars, conventions and much more.
- What are the benefits of posting my event?
- Viewed by locals and visitors, the calendar positively
promotes your event. The calendar will market your event to over 55,
000 persons a month. It will bring awareness to your event by
attracting a large regional demographic.
- Who can submit information to the calendar?
- Anyone can submit information to the calendar; however
registered user will have access to editing and cancelling events.
- What are the benefits of becoming a registered
user?
- As a registered user you will have access to make any
changes regarding your event. You will also have the option to cancel
your event should the scenario present itself. Registered users will
have the opportunity to receive select information regarding El Paso
and other regional activities.
- How do I become a registered user?
- To become a registered user you must enter all required
fields which include name, phone number and e-mail. As a registered
user you will be prompted to receive additional information. You will
have the option to receive a variety of information via e-mail. Should
you choose to be added to our distribution list you will receive
monthly newsletters highlighting up and coming events in El Paso and
the surrounding areas.
- As a registered user how will my contact
information be used?
- Contact info will be used for demographic purposes only
and will not be sold. If agreed, email addresses will be used for
newsletter purposes.
- How long will it take for my event to appear on
the calendar?
- All entries will post within 48 business hours of
submission. Please note that entries made on Fridays will not post till
the following Tuesday.
- Why did my event not post?
- Duplicate events and events of a suggestive nature will
not be posted. Web monitors reserve the right to post any event.
- How do I cancel my event?
- Cancellations can only be made by registered users.
Once logged on to your account you will be prompted to either edit or
cancel your event. Events will remain listed but will be noted as
CANCELLED.
